Return & Exchange Policy

At MXZ Gaming, we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. Our policies ensure transparency and provide clear instructions for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange for any standard system within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be returned in "New" condition, in their original packaging with all accessories included, free of physical damage or unauthorized modifications.
• Fees: We charge NO restocking fees for standard product returns.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

2. Custom-Built Systems

For custom-built systems, returns are only accepted for verifiable hardware defects. Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 20% processing fee. Please contact support for details on custom orders.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges & Warranty

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. All MXZ systems include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
