1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

• Order Processing Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)

• Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 14:00 PST will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

For non-contiguous states and territories, a $200 USD shipping surcharge applies per order.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the date of purchase (including 0-1 day processing + 2-4 days transit time).

3. Shipping Area & Destinations

We ship to most residential and business addresses within the United States. Please see the details below:

• Contiguous United States: FREE shipping to all 48 states.
• Non-Contiguous States & Territories ($200 Surcharge): Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI).

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO / FPO / DPO addresses
